Evergreen Flowers

Not only are these guys great at flowers, but they are also very reasonably priced. I can walk in with no clue of what I want, only a price range of what I can spend and I walk out with a beautiful arrangement. I have never had poor service here either. I buy all my flower needs from them if I can. The staff is friendly and usually will crack a joke with you. But they always have a special running on flowers on the sign out on 22nd st. You will always walk out with beautiful flowers and not pay a fortune for them. more

Is there truly anyone who doesn't LOVE flowers??? OK, maybe there are, but I don't know them. LOL. Evergreen is a really nice place. It's close, which is great for me. I try to watch their outdoor sign whenever I drive on by............it changes frequently. They have great specials on their flowers and these are listed outside. The carnations go for as little as $1.99 a dozen. Really! They are generally fresh and quite nice too. They have other specials from time to time as well. Now, I just get the flowers that are on sale......maybe two dozen. They will last a long time with regular water changes and trims. I don't usually get the "extras" .....greenery and baby's breath, etc. This will add to your costs by quite a bit. The carnations are actually beautiful all by themselves and a big bunch looks lovely in the center of the dining table. So, bring the family to the dining table with some flowers today!! You KNOW YOU deserve it! Buy some for yourself. OH, and the added bonus will be....THE WALK IN COOLER!!!!!!!!!! Need I say more?????? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! more

Evergreen Flowers is a nice little florist on 22nd Street near Wilmot. They have specials posted on a sign near the street - it is not uncommon to see a dozen carnations for $1.99 or a dozen roses for under $10. The selection of fresh flowers at Evergreen is not vast, but there is almost always something there that is fresh and inexpensive to take home to put on the dining room table. Of course, if you are looking for something in particular, it may not be available cash and carry. The atmosphere at Evergreen is quaint and casual, and there are lots of little gifts to purchase there as well. more
