I went to the Etica Salon. I had a very bad experience with the way my hair was done. Talked to the owner (Danielle) who was very RUDE to me and basically called me a LIAR. Remember - I am the CUSTOMER and I am a liar. Nice girl that did my hair but bad experience. Very poor service and not very customer service orientated. I will never go back and I will let all of my friends that currently go there, which are many, know about this experience. New Reflections is a much better salon with great service and they definately care about the customer. The only reason that I give it one star is I use Aveda products but would never buy them from there. Totally POOR, POOR service. more

Loved my hair & the styling advice 8/25/2009

Recently revisited after not being there for a couple years. Randomly went to Angie and LOVE HERLOVED-she gave me some styling tips that TOTALLY made a difference when I style my own hair now. Love it. Also, she personally called me a few days later thanking me and making sure I was still loving my cut. very cool. Pros: Great styling tips, friendly, Aveda products more

Horrible 8/18/2009

I used to go to this salon until the salon changed its name. Since then, it seems the owner made stupid rules and the many employees left and their main idea is to get people in and out as soon as possible. When I pay $200 to get my hair done I don't expect to be pushed out the door as soon as I walk in. The receptionist are not friendly and very untrained. Cons: Staff, Owner, atmosphere more

Absolutely the Best Medical Spa in the Twin Cities. Located in the beautiful Medical Arts building downtown. Doctor is on staff unlike alot of ""medical spas"". Has a wide range of services from botox and Restylane to non-surgical lifting and facials, hair removal. And best of all returning patients receive 20% off services for life. The Grove's finest hairdressers 9/29/2006

I love walking into this salon and smelling all the aveda products. The girls that work here are so amazingly nice and helpful. I couldnt believe it. Their makeup artist helped me perfect my style. So I am DEFINITELY going back soon. more

The atmosphere is amazing, all of the technician are so knowledgeable! You can tell that they get along real well. The customer service team could not be more helpful and pleasant. Rude Staff! 3/14/2005

Whenever I walk into this salon, no one says hello, or acknowledges me. When I do have a question, the staff seems inconvenienced to have to come out from behind the counter to help me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pros: nice interior Cons: rude staff, smells too strong more
