Shame on you, Eric!! I'm here posting this to let anyone know who might even consider using Eric Klein for their legal needs, DON'T DO IT! I came to Eric to handle my divorce, since I knew him for many years through personal friends, and we were both members of several of the same social organizations. He always struck me as very professional, and so when I needed help with my divorce, I felt confident calling upon him. Big mistake!!! He was very comforting, consoling me during a horrendous time with my husband, who had been extremely abusive to me for many years of our marriage. Eric assured me all would be well taken care of. Well, to make a long story short, before long many of the mutual friends we shared began telling me how bad they felt for me, sharing with me many of the gory details of my marriage, details which had only been shared with Eric in his capacity as my attorney. I was MORTIFIED to learn that he had discussed all of my personal details with the people we knew in common!! They knew EVERYTHING!!! I am in shock just describing this here! OMG!!! How could he??? How could he be so cruel and insensitive!!! All I have to say is this: SHAME ON YOU, ERIC!!!! You took the most intimate and personal details of my life, details I was so utterly ashamed of, and went and shared them with almost everyone I know.... I feel like I'm going to start crying again. This lawyer has got to be the biggest Liar there is!! This last review HAD to be written by Klein or someone at his office. That is NOTHING like the man I met! He mistreats people, like they were garbage!! Please, please, PLEASE, before you even think of hiring this man as your lawyer, just DON'T DO IT!! He will lie to you and mistreat you like he did to me. And be on the watch for more fake reviews by him or his staff. that's whats he's best at - LYING!!! more

Over the course of many years, Eric has handled legal issues for me which, to varying degrees, all involved treatment of me by defendants that, in addition to being wrong, also caused me great emotional harm. At times I really felt in crisis. Not only did Eric earn my trust in his ability as an attorney to resolve the cases, he did so in a manner that left no doubt in my mind that he was primarily motivated by genuine concern for which course of action would be in my own best interest. He always listened patiently, answered every question I had, and was prompt in addressing every concern I expressed. \r Being a litigant has a way of peripherally affecting many aspects of a persons life. Going to court is not fun or easy. It can be frustrating at times. When I raised some of these issues with Eric — be they job related, financial, or psychological — he was very honest with me about the extent to which he could help me, was empathetic, and always had a constructive suggestion or someone he could refer me to so that my life could move in a positive direction. At times when I had to make decisions, I felt no pressure from him. He prepared me for things I had to do, i.e. give deposition testimony, when I didn’t know what to expect. When I was confused about what choices to make and insisted on his advice, not only could he voice an honest opinion, but he could also articulate why he felt the way he did. This made me comfortable listening to him because I was able to compare and contrast the context of his reasoning and experience with my own. This gave me a better sense of perspective at a time when it was easy to feel overwhelmed. I would strongly recommend Eric as an attorney to anybody who needed one, and I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.\r \r Thanks for being an inspiration to me!
