Friendly staff that was very accommodating and worked in a timely manner to get us into our car and on our way. Car was clean and smelled good, all equipment worked well in the car. Overall a very good interaction with all people employed with Enterprise from the shuttle driver down to the sales person. more

We travel to Detroit a few times a year and always use Enterprise. Service is consistent, employees are friendly, and we have not been disappointed by the available selection of vehicles. From the pick up shuttle drivers to the staff when we return the car - great service and highly recommended! more

The friendliness at enterprise in Detroit Airport is awesome. From the beginning up to end they were open and friendly.\r Even the check in was very quick.\r \r Returning the car the same. Although they work old-fashioned with paper contracts. But they always called me with name and asked directly to which terminal I need to go. \r \r Even the driver to the terminal introduced himself and had a lot of work at work.\r \r Just great and recommendable. more

We could not have been more pleased with our rental from this Enterprise location. Shuttles were waiting for us when we arrived and when we returned. There was freshly made popcorn in the waiting area along with grilled hot dogs and small water bottles. Such a nice treat after a long plane ride and it saved time since it held us over until we reached our destination. Staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. Return was quick and easy. Terrific experience from beginning to end! more

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to admit this was the worse rental car experience I have ever had. The car was dirty when I picked it up. It did not look like they had washed the car or anything prior to me picking it up. Second the car was terrible on gas. I could barely drive two hours without have to refill on gas. Then the worst part is the windshield wipers didn't work and it was raining the entire time. I was really unhappy with this experience. more

Very good service, both at pick up and drop off. I appreciate the efficiency and professionalism with which they operate. I reserved a subcompact, to save my company whatever I could - and did not regret it. The Fiat 500 is no bigger than a golf cart, but was fun to drive and very responsive. More than adequate for shuttling around town. I'm pleased to rent from Enterprise. more

I rented a standard sized vehicle there at the Detroit Wayne County airport from March 25-30, 2015. The experience was a good one. I got a good rate on the car and the rental and return went flawlessly. The only problem I had was squeezing into the smaller than expected VW. I am about 6'and weight 300. The way the door opening was configured made me manipulate my body into the car and do the same getting out. I am handicapped so this was an interesting experience each time. It was not Enterprises fault. I will simply get a vehicle with a larger doorway next time. As usual, the rental and return staff were very friendly and efficient. more

I rented from the Airport. It was conveniently located close to the airport and the shuttle driver was pleasant. I had to upgrade because I didn't expect the compact car to be as small as it was. However, I was satisfied with the upgrade. The office was packed when I arrived for pickup but since I had a reservation everything went quick and smooth. I had no problems with the vehicle and the turn in ran smoothly as well. I rented 12-15 December 2014 more

I picked up a car at Detroit Metro Airport Enterprise location. The shuttle was right there and it took less than 10 minutes for me to get my car once I arrived at the Enterprise lot. The representative that showed me the car told me that she had difficulty locating the unlock button for the doors - I was so glad she showed me where it was located because it was really not in a place I would have expected either! When I returned the car at the airport a week later I was running late and stressed out. To my delight the employees took care of everything and got me into the shuttle so quickly that I felt my stress slip away. They were sharp, quick and friendly. GREAT JOB enterprise. more

I rent cars almost weekly for business travel. I found the Detroit airport Enterprise location to stand out for friendliness, responsiveness and just plain fun - fresh popcorn, waterbottles and very helpful folks all around, from the bus driver to the person who checked me out. Whoever is running the place is doing something very very right. Teach some of your other locations your secrets! And --- thank you. (thanks, candyman, bus driver!) more

The initial person I spoke to handled my upgrade and discount that I had been promised from a previous rental expeditiously. It was cold when I arrived so I didn't get all the instructions I really needed on how to operate the Chrysler 200, so I had to figure out a lot of the bells and whistles myself. Small inconvenience. I lost one gold earring and was in a hurry when I dropped the car off. I am hopeful it was lost in the car. If found please notify me . I would be most grateful!! Tonya more

I was very disappointed with my car rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car\r at Detroit air port. The back window was dirty from the on the inside and I had to stop and clean it, the car was not very clean very well overall. I have rented from Enterprise before and had a good experience but this time I was disappointed and doubt very much if I will use them in the future.
