I was rear ended and had to have a rental car, allstate insurance is paying for a midsize rental car for me due to their policy holder hit me. I called Enterprise the day before told them I needed a car first thing the following morning as I was taking my car to the body shop " sure they stated no problem " I said can I upgrade to a better car " sure for a dollar " great see you in the morning. So I arrived at 9:00 AM , they did not have my car or any car at all. They had no one there to take me anywhere I was stranded with no car at all. I do home health visits which patients where scheduled , BIG PROBLEM. I had to get my own ride to South County enterprise 25 miles away. They had no midsize car which they are getting paid for from allstste, and put me in a compact death trap. By this time I had to cancel my first 2 home health patients BIG PROBLEM. So I call the Arnold store, and ask if they can get me a midsize car that they are suppose to be providing for me ? Sure no problem they stated. I stated I can come by at 5:00, " sure thats fine they stated " I called at 5:00 , and asked do you have the midesize car for me ? " no she stated we didnt get as many cars back today as we thought . So more lies, more pathetic service, still not the car allstate is paying for. I would not recomend this office to anyone. They are completely incompetent, their cars are poor quality, they will stick you in anything they have instead of what you ordered, if they have anything at all. They may or may not have somone to pick you up. You cant depend on anything they tell you. They caused 2 geriatric patients to miss vital home care that is very important to their well being. Acually one star is too much but its the lowest option I have here.
