Unprofessional. Will not use this location. Will give Enterprise one more try at a different location. If similar problems occur, I will discontinue using them.\r
Their commercial says they will pick you up but they don't tell that you have to be within a 3 mile radius. So we had to take a Taxi which cost 20 dollars to get there and another 20 when I returned the car. My real problem with this location was that the car was dirty, the service rep tried to get us to sign the contract before initialing the ""Decline Insurance."" When I said we need to initial that first she tried to play it off and said yes ok we will do that after we check the car out. She didn't bother to check our proof of insurance, which I found to be weird. We have been burnt before at another rental company where if you sign the contract and are not paying attention they will fill it in and there is nothing you can do about it. The next big problem was they required a deposit which we have never had to do before. So we paid it. I will not use this location again.
