Endless Summer 2

Normally I hate spray tans. I feel they are risky and you never know what you are going to end up looking like. I heard Endless Summer off of Telephone and Victoria had a new spray booth called the VERSA SPA. I went in to get more informations. After I heard everything I tried it....and I LOVE IT. It is a natural looking tan, my family thought I had been laying out in the sun all weekend. I was so nervous and turns out I was nervous for no reason. I recommend that everyone does or tries the Versa Spa once. It lasts a week to a little over a week. It is streak free and smells like coconut. I'm totally hooked :) more

I had just moved to Ventura and was looking for a tanning salon. I love tanning but thought all tanning salons were the same. Until I went into Endless Summer, Endless Summer is extremely clean! I was shocked at the cleanliness of the salon, and the beds. The salon offers numerous of lotions and tanning beds, all exceptionally good. This salon's employees were extremely informative of all their products and services. I have never been so impressed. The employees are always welcoming and kind. This salon keeps up on the maintenance of their beds, they change the bulbs very frequently to ensure you get the tan you want. I have always been even and never burned by one of their beds. I will never tan at another salon. MAC more

Ive been tanning with this company for many years. I always feel better after my visit to Endless Summer. The tanning beds are the best and newest. I can tell the bulbs get changed regularly. They are always putting in other cool equipment too. IT is Always clean & Always friendly staff. Ive seen them in the Ventura County Star BEST of Winners several times. Perhaps its a lil pricier than others but Id rather pay a little more for a Clean establishment & Great WORKING equipment. more

I have been tanning at Endless Summer for many years, and have nothing but postive things to say about it. The girls and management have always been polite, respectful, and caring. They all seem experienced and have a substantial knowledge about their job. more

First of all I was shocked at the bad things people would say about my tanning salon. I have been going to Endless Summer for over 15 years. To the people searching for a salon, this is it! Not one time has their even been a hair on the beds, the service is excellent and the VIP membership is very reasonable. Keep up the good work and don't let all the snobs influence your decision. I went to Endless Tanning on Friday. With the exception of one of the young ladies, every one who works there is snotty. My friend and I got a tan for a wedding we were attending the next day. I literally have uneven tans all over my body. The spray tan seems cheap. It's orange and it stinks! The service is terrible. I called yesterday to speak to the manager. I let the employee know if I didn't get a call back, I would be posting my terrible experience. I didn't get a call back or even an ""I'm sorry,"". The employees who work there have absolutely no customer service!! Never again would I spend my money there or ever recommend anyone to this tanning place. I even took pictures of the bad tan! Horrible! My friend and I paid $60 for an ugly orange tan! I contemplated suing, not for the money, but for the point, but my friend and I determined, maybe it's not worth the energy!!! I'm going to start tanning twice a week, so they are losing my business. Try Oasis Tanning or anyother tanning place for that matter! They are a more of a distance from me, but I've been there before and they are definitely worth the better tan and better treatment!! more

We feel that we should respond to the above hate mail. Endless Summer takes extreme pride that the staff that we hire are friendly, knowledgable, and above all courteous to all of our guests. And yes, we can agree with the writer that we have the very best Tanning Equipment available on Earth. No arguement there. But, we don't take anything for granted in a competitive business environment. We strive to perform at the highest level in our customer relations and the cleanliness of our salons. During our 19 years in Ventura and Oxnard, many salons have come along and attempted to carve away at our client base and we thank our clients, our friends for being here with us all through the years. From the minute I walked in the door I felt an uninviting sense. The girls at the counter were more interested in giggling and gossip than helping me or other waiting customers. I use to work at a tanning salon so I know it is not difficult work but you should NEVER make the PAYING customer feel like you don't want them there. I have never gotten treated so badly at a tanning salon before. I don't care what type of beds you have I will NEVER be returning to any ENDLESS SUMMER establishment and I will tell anyone I know to go elsewhere as well. Service was horrible, the speakers for the radio in my room were not working and I could still see tanning smudges on the bed from the previous user. DISGUSTING.
