I decided to try her when I first moved to the area. I was not that impressed. She was nice but I did not get a good feeling from her. They charged my insurance for an infertility appt even though it was a consult to see if I liked her and they were not helpful when I called to try and fix it. They made me pay them for the appt even though I should not have been charged for it. Also the waiting room did not feel that warm and cozy. I decided not to go back even before the billing incident because I just did not get a ver comfortable feeling while there.
