We came to Dr Elrod when we relocated here. Our teenager was in treatment and our benefits were used at the prior out of state ortho office. We came to him mid-treatment and paying out of pocket. He gave a free consult, the staff worked with the out of state ortho office, we transferred easily. The fee we paid was reasonable and in the end her care was probably more detailed than he realized but not once did they ever say anything. She is now out of braces and we have one getting braces this summer now. He follows kids that the dentist refers and sees them free for evals every six months or so til it is decided they need treatment. His new Independence office is amazing, the Blue Springs office is convenient for us being in Odessa.
