Repair on my outside unit. 4/2/2009

Ellis arrived at my house in the time they told me, he then asked me questions about my a/c system then when he knew the problem we went around to the outside unit he opened and started checking stuff, he found a bad capacitor for the compressor. he went to his van and retrieved a part fixed the unit and then checked the freon , he asked if could come in house to blow drain and look at inside to make sure ok . he finished his check and all was well. I am so happy i found Ellis i will tell everyone how good they are . more

My husband and I needed a new air conditioner. After receiving several bids from local companies and careful consideration, we decided to go with Ellis air conditioning and heating. The technician showed up on time, was very informative, and helped us make an educated decision on our new unit. We took great comfort in the fact that the company has been in the same family since 1975 and will continue to be in business if we have any future problems. We highly recommend Ellis to our friends and family and will continue to use them in the future. more
