Elk Grove Dental Group

Everytime I go there for my appointments that they set and gave me a card for I have an issue. They always seem to have excuses that my name was mispelled or blaming another co-worker. I wish I can change my Dental office but I have to stick with them for now while me and my son have our braces out uggghhhhhh. People need to communicate and learn to have a good attitude for the sake of their job and there business more

I must say the RDA that was helping the dentist was so great with making me feel comfortable . Her name was Sarah Hamilton she was so good with everything she was doing. The dentist and her work great together. I will ask for her everytime I go for now on. Thank you alot Sarah H. and Dr. Johal more

This office is THE WORST, I lost two teeth because of the dentist waited to fix my teeth assuring me it could wait til next visit weeks down the road. So both teeth split into pieces cost me over a $1000 with my insurance to repair them. Ofc refused to accept responsibility. Between me and my children are visits totaled more than 20 because of their constant errors or rescheduling and repairs on top of come backs. I almost felt like I worked there. Some staff was nice but overall service is a rip off. I ordered gold for my repair and they try to give me metal and call it gold and rushed to put it in my mouth and said thats what I asked for but charged me the cost of gold. So many issues I could go on and on about. This office is not a place I would recommend to anyone. I heard so many people fussing every time I went about there mistakes that usually cost the patients time and money. All they could ever say is sorry, but they wont compensate for their errors. more

I highly don't recommend this place. My experience was bad but it could have been worse. I ended up going against the Elk Gove Dental Groups dentist?s forceful recommendations (more like demand), better suited for a car salesmen then a medical professional, and decided to get a second option. Then I checked on their bill to my insurance. The worst overall experience EVER. Dealing with braces for one of my children for a lengthy term, twice as long as they had told me. The office had gone through three different orthodontists who all had different opinions for treatment for my child. I have had enough of the super long waits in the waiting room, then having to wait even more in the treatment rooms. Don't even get me started on the lack of communication and knowledge of the front office staff, I was always being told different appointment dates although ortho patients were only being seen on Mondays, as well as being told of different amounts for payments due. I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone do business with this group of amateurs. Save yourself the grief and agony and find another dental office or deal with your tooth ache or root canal. It is certainly better than the pain and suffering these people have to offer. more

I went to office not to long ago and I have to say after reading the reviews I have to disagree.My experience was great.I was greeted by the front staff as soon I entered the door. The front staff informed me that it was going to be 15mins before they called me to take my xrays.The lady that took my xrays in a timely matter. The doctor took her time to discuss my treatment and the insurances lady was so kind and gave me a complete breakdown of what was covered and what wasn't. I can say that this office is the best office I've been to and I will keep going and I highly recommed to everyone. more

I had a toothache and my insurance could not find a dentist that would see me right away, so I called elk grove dental to ask if could be seen right away. The young lady that answered the phone was excellent. She made my appointment on that same day and only charged me $39.. When I got to the office everything was so high tech and really neat. The doctors and entire staff are very professional and friendly. My entire family now goes to elk grove dental for all our needs. I highly recommend!!!! more

It seems that every visit has cost me 3-4 hours of my day, not joking. They are a bit anxious in the office and their business ethics seem to be a bit shady. I've had to contact my dental insurance company on a few occasions. They seem to target fixing problems that will make them money before focusing on the ones that actually are bothering me. I'm not one to bother with writing reviews.. but its become ridiculous with them. more

While this may be hearsay, during my two visits to Elk Grove Dental, I saw and heard other customers complain to the receptionists that this was the worst dentist they have ever had. \r \r In my own experience, I had 2 bad experiences at the Elk Grove Dental Group (out of 2 visits total). My first visit, the dentist focused more on signing me up for teeth whitening. Then as she was getting ready to drill my teeth for a filling, an assistant had to ask her a question. The dentist started yelling at the assistant in an angry tone, and this made me extremely nervous because she was just about to drill my teeth! After my first visit, I tried to schedule my next 6 month appointment. The receptionist said I'd receive a reminder card in 5 months to schedule my next visit. 5 months later I get the card and try to schedule my appointment. My family has been going to Elk Grove Dental Group for the past few years. They are usually very helpful and do a great job. The only problem that I've ever had with them is that sometimes they are very pushy and try to sell their cosmetic procedures that of course, aren't covered by insurance and are very expensive. more
