Dude, these girls worked really hard. I have 4 cats and 6 rescue dogs. The hair was enough to choke you....and my house looks better than when I bought it, like 6 years ago! These other reviews are ridiculous. Guess people expect too much for cheap....but I spent alot and they were worth every dime. I was completely aware of how much cleaning i needed. And they delivered. Much respect. more

Don't use this cleaning service. I had a Living Social coupon, like the others mentioned here. I also paid for an additional 3 hours. The two people that came worked so slowly, that I could have gotten more done in two hours than they completed in the 5 hours they were here. They just walked out the door, and I am now getting ready to finish all the work that was not done. The wooden floor is only partially cleaned. Again, DO NOT USE ELITE CLEANING SOLUTIONS! You are better off cleaning it yourself and saving your money. more

Hired Elite to clean an apartment before moving out. Friendly, fast, and very thorough service!!! We got all of our deposit back and there cleaning was a big part of that!! more

I also had a living social deal for three to four hours of cleaning for $55. My boyfriend told her we had the voucher and wanted what the voucher was for. Three women showed up and started working promptly however at the end of four hours they came back with a $329.25 invoice!!! I called the woman supervisor and not only did she run her mouth not letting me talk but said she had flat out lied stating she told my boyfiend of the charges. At no time was there a mention that there would be a charge at the end. There wasn't anything in the fine print either. Run do not walk away from this company!!!! more

had a Living Social Deal for Three to Four Hours of House Cleaning Plus for $55.00. First took several days for anyone to call me back to schedule. Two cleaners finally did come out and the house was clean, but the cleaners were very slow taking 4 hrs to clean a small and well maintained home. I was then given a bill for $225! When I spoke to the supervisor she was rude and I was told that the deal was for 1 cleaner, not 2. This was no where in the fine print. It was then realized that I was charged for 5 hrs of cleaning instead of 4hr! To add insult to injury the cleaners broke 2 pieces of expensive pottery for which I was told I would not receive reimbursement, but instead I would get a coupon towards my next cleaning! Next cleaning, you have got to be kidding me...what a joke. Do not use this company and especially beware if you have a living social deal. more

I have had expensive cleaning services before, and by far this is the best value you can get. The staff is freindly, honest andt attentive. Takes time to do a good job and quite frankly it was worth every penny. For those looking a ""Cheap deal"" it won't work, you get what you paid for. And this service is a s good as you get. I will definetly recomend this service to those profesionals who need a piece of mine of allowing an honest staff in your household. more

I totally agree with another reviewer that these rating are padded. We bought a groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. Firstly it took forever to schedule an appointment with them. Then the lady who took the appointment gathered details about the house. She repeatedly mentioned that there is very little they could do in 4 hours of cleaning (May be just 3 bathrooms, Seriously!!). We decided to get our lower level done. There were 2 ladies who came but were extremely slow. One of them went out 4 times to attend a phone call. One of the ladies (who kept using her cellphone) stopped cleaning 15 minutes before the time window and the other started loading their stuff before the time was over. Then we noticed that the floor was not even clean in several places and have to show our discontent to them. I did not see any sign of professionalism and they are extremely slow in cleaning. I am never calling them back again. more

I feel Bad for Brentley at Citysearch because apparently he/she is the only one who had a bad experience. I am a new home owner to LM and although it took me a while to get an appointment, when they finally were able to come I couldn't be happier. The owner came with the crew and explained to me in detail how things would be done. The women were professional and thorough, I never thought my house would be so clean. When I first moved in I used a different cleaning company to perform a 'deep clean' and got ripped off in comparison. For sure, I am sticking with Heather and her team to keep my house looking shipshape which is pretty hard when you have three small kids running around. I too used a coupon, but took advantage of another promotion that was taking place. more

They say one thing, do another. They do not listen to requests. They are the most expensive first time cleaners I have encountered. I tend to believe the other reviews are either padded or made up by Elite staff, and/or relatives thereof. more

Courteous staff and well equipped to clean the home. Have used Elite for over two years and never had a problem, only satisfaction with the work. Trustworthy! Have left the house key many times when not at home and never had a problem. Have recommended to friends and neighbors. more

I'm so glad that I found Elite Cleaning. The staff is courteous, they leave my house in pristine condition, and it always smells clean after they are here. I love that they are a local company that I can trust. It saves me time to have Elite here, and it is money well spent! more

What a great experience! I switched to Elite recently and I think that was one of the best decisions I ever made. Friendly staff, excellent prompt service and the best comminication. Being a business owner the last thing I need to worry about is service from a vendor that I am paying and the Elite team takes that worry away! Elite makes me feel like I am their best customer.
