I called this this company to take care of a bird problem I had in my attic. They came and filled a gap in between my attic soffit and the wall. They filled it with some mesh and foamed it over. ( A quick and easy fix) Well the birds got through that and they are back. I called to have them come back out and fix it. They said that they do not guarantee their work (which was only completed 4 weeks prior). They quoted me an additional $120 to correct their crappy work. The best part about it is that the worker told me ""yea I thought they might get through that” Unbelievable. Would not offer a refund, Would not fix their crappy work, Do not grantee their work. This company is SHADDY. I asked them what would happen if this second fix didn't work?? He didn't answer but I am assuming it would cost me more money. How about do the work right the first time and I would be able to leave a great review. I have nothing to gain by this review. I hope I can help someone who is thinking about using this company. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! more
