What a huge disappointment! While the quality and cost of our tux rentals was satisfactory, the customer service was awful! We picked them up 3 days before the wedding and the grooms jacket was much too large, the ushers shoes were 2 sizes too big, the father of the brides pants were several inches too short, and the best mans pants were too long. The best man told her that he wanted them shortened and she said the suspenders will pull them up and theyll be fine. He wore his suspenders all night and still ended up walking on the cuffs. She told him that he had to pay $60 for ruining the pants and accused him of taking his suspenders off, which he didnt. She was incredibly rude and refused to take responsibility for not shortening the pants when asked to. She just wanted to blame him for not wearing the pants the way that he was told toI dont remember seeing her at the reception so I cant imagine how she can insist he wasnt wearing the suspenders when he WAS. We felt like she purposefully sabotaged us. more

The salsegirls at this store are unbelievably rude and threatening, the owner makes no attempt to resolve the complaints, and the merchandise is not what is advertised. It is supposed to be a resale shop, but they don't accept any clothing. Their rudeness is beyond comprehension, coming out of the store to continue to yell at me! They make rude remarks out of the blue and then wait for a fight. If they are that pathetic at their jobs what kind of people are they at home? This is not the only bad service review I have found. I suggest everyone go elsewhere! Cons: rude employees, ugly merchandise, misleading ads more
