Though born & bred in South Texas, this was my first visit to El Chico in my 32 years. My pal and I were in town overnight for business and headed there for supper. In addition to the expected complimentary chips 'n salsa, the brisket enchiladas with chipotle sauce were VERY good...especially with a few bottles of Dos Equis! I wasn't expecting such yummy food from a chain. Too bad there are no El Chico restaurants in Tex-Mex glutted San Antonio!
Pros: Good food, good service, good beer
Cons: none yet...
