Maybe it is the small town thing, but this restaurant doesn't deserve near the praise it receives. The food isn't good. There are many many better places in the area worth your time and money. The customer service is lacking. I won't go back and suggest you don't waste your time if you have ever had real mexican food. Just because the menu has words in spanish doesn't make it authentic. more

Big Beers, Big Ears! 9/20/2006

Judging from the title of this review this restaurant had HUGE beers!!! The food was excellent. Authentic Mexican food - authentic Mexican service. (authentic Mexican decor too - not so great) Don't let the look put you off - it was a great night out. The menu had so much selection it took forever to choose. Even better - meal for 5 people, including a nacho starter - and MASSIVE beers and GIANT margarita - all for under $50!!! Can't be beat! more

This is not Ta*o B*ll! 7/6/2005

El Nortino is an authentic mexican food restaurant. If you have only eaten tacos etc. at the local fast food chain, you have not eaten mexican food. The Texas Fajita, and the enchiladas here are great not to mention the 44oz margaritas! What a combination. Their prices are reasonable and you can easily share your meal with a friend! They have any mexican food you can imagine and it is wonderful! more
