I have lived here for 4 years. The apartments used to be nice and well maintained, but not so much anymore. The office staff is NEVER in the office so forget getting packages on...

Seabrooks best avoided secret 3/24/2011

Please ignore the other reviews obviously posted by members of the staff. Upon move in(at a rent increase not agreed to beforehand, but we were in a bind) fans and lights did not work, and our STOVE did not work. It took a little over 3 weeks to get a working stove, we had to threaten to buy one ourselves and bill them for it. The pool is never clean, the hottub is constantly broken, office manager referred to children as ""chihuahuas"" , cars get broken into, and roaches are your permanent friend. Upon move out, we did leave some stains downstairs. Any competent cleaning service could have removed them(we shampooed the entire apt), but we were charged for recarpeting the entire apartment. BEWARE this place. The grounds can be beautiful, but you will not like living here. I wish I had listened to the reviews online when I moved in. more

Take a ride down Nasa rd 1 and visit Edgelake Apartments today. The Staff is Great, very knowledgeable about the area and helpful too. The community is well kept up and maintence is on top of things!! Love living here what a great place to be!! more

Edgelake Apartments has great specials and not many apartments left, come see why they are all gone! You will feel right at home as soon as you walk on the property, from the wtaer view to the wooded view, it feels like HOME!!! more

Quiet Place, Great People!!! 6/18/2010

I love coming to Edgelake everyday, Its quiet, I see deer on a daily basis. I can go Into the pool anytime of the day or night and is always clean. The maintence is very attentive and helpful. Edgelake makes it easy for residents having their own web portal to pay online. Its kinda put back away from the main road a bit which I like, but is in the middle of everything. Great for jobs and entertainment. If I were to recommend a place to live it would be Edgelake Apartments!!! Pros: 24 hour everything, peaceful property!!! Cons: Your not here yet!!! more

WATCH OUT 4/27/2010

I live at edgelake for thr i would ee years, the place went down hill after the new owners took over, when i transfer to another apt. my dog deposit was never transfer over! the last part of the third year, i payed a buyout 800.00 to get out of the lease. cleaned apt. from top to bottem,and took pics,5-months later still trying to get money from me!the staff does not keep up with there records very good!the staff does not keep up with the record dont move!!!!!!!!!! more

I have lived here for 4 years. The apartments used to be nice and well maintained, but not so much anymore. The office staff is NEVER in the office so forget getting packages on time. The units have gone way down hill. The regional manager came down to address problems over 8 months ago, and the issues are still not fixed... broken railings, huge pot holes, motor oil in the swimming pool, loud noisy neighbors partying from 2:30 - 5 am in the parking lot. You might say a few bucks... but you will get what you pay. The neighbor beneath me smokes, and I can smell the smoke in my unit. Yuck! more

Edge Lake Apartments has a professional and friendly administrative staff (Amanda/Amy) that go out of there way to ensure your move-in is comfortable and easy. Even after you move-in the staff answers all your questions that you may have and follow thru with any questions they could not answer right there. Pros: Service and parking Cons: No fire sprinkler system more

Nice Community 6/3/2005

These apartments are reasonably priced and well maintained. Some of them are on the water. They have nice floorplans and are minutes away from the main highway (though not too close to be a nuisance.) They're surrounded by several other nice apartment complexes, too. The staff is friendly and very willing to help if your apartment has a problem. more
