I WAS DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE WITH DCA CABLELINK. THE PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY BECAME POOR. I MADE CALLS TO REQUEST A REPAIR OF THE LINE WHICH WAS DAMAGED FROM A WINTER STORM. I PAID MY BILL AND OVER AND OVER THE REQUEST FOR SERVICE WAS NEGLECTED. I AM RETIRED, ON SS AND OUT HERE THERE IS NO OTHER CABLE PROVIDER.
I BECAME TIRED OF PAYING A BILL FOR SERVICE THAT WAS UNCLEAR IN PICTURE AND SOUND. IF THE COMPANY EXPECTS TO STAY IN BUSINESS AND... THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES PROVIDING SERVICE TO THIS RURAL AREA, SHOULDN'T THEY HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS SENSE TO PROVIDE CLEAR SERVICE? MEANWHILE, I AM USING A MANUAL ANTENNA AND SOME CHANNELS ARE CLEARER WITHOUT THE CABLE SIGNAL!!! IF I COULD FIND THE ADDRESS FOR THE MAIN CORPORATE OFFICE, THEY WOULD HEAR FROM ME.
