Eastmont Baptist Church

While I have attended church here for years and really like it, I would reconsider sending my children here for Mothers Day Out especially if they are at potty training age. My son attended last year and was potty training. They informed us after 2 accidents in 2 weeks that we would have to start sending him in a diaper which completely set us back in potty training. IMO, if they are going to be dealing with children this age, they should know how to deal with the potty training stage. more

This preschool/kindergarten is very well-organized and clean. The teachers are good and the curriculum is great. My child had a great experience as a three year old here but had some problems with his teacher the next year. The director and teacher confronted me several times insinuating that I have my child tested for ADHD and consider medication. They gave me a very hard time about it, I was really dissapointed in the way the teacher and the director acted, and I was not going to put my child on medication at 4 years old just to go to a half-day preschool. I ended up pulling him out. I would recommend this program if your child is very well-behaved and does not have any disabilities. more

Eastmont is my home church & I have been there for several years. My family and I definitely feel at home there and highly recommend this church. What first attracted me to this church was the friendly members, staff and the numerous folks that go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They have a heart for the Lord and provide so much to it's members and to the community. They really emphasis Christian fellowship and focus on missions world wide. The preacher, Bro. Mike has been there for close to 20 yrs. and he is the "best". They offer a variety of Sunday School Classes and children's activities (RA's GA's), choir, college/single groups and many church wide activities & classes. They also offer a Mother's Day Out program and Kindergarten program. more
