Jim was excellent to work with, and his work was nothing short of fantastic. \r

On the advice of a friend, I had a bass mounted there in the early 90s, and he used an interesting freeze-dry process. This lost a little girth on my fish, but the fish was nevertheless beautiful with a great finish. It's mounted on a nice piece of driftwood, and just pulling up in front was like getting out of the car at the beach - he had an enormous collection. I especially liked his coffee table mount, but mine was for the wall.\r

He had about every game fish from NC mounted on the wall, with a collection of bear, elk, deer - you name it. It was like a bonus visit to a wildlife museum. The one thing I immediately noticed was the hissing of his rattlesnake. I just had to locate the terrarium, but I knew the sound when I heard it. \r

I'd be back in a NY minute with anything else. Jim is unbeatable for what he does at his most reasonable price. Go see him, as you will not be disappointed. He guarantees his work.
Pros: Excellent work, customer oriented, and very pleasant to work with
Cons: Slight drive from Raleigh / Wake Forest but well worth it
