East Wind rebuilt my old computer and completed it as scheduled at less than the estimate. After a few months the colling fan started making noises. East Wing replaced the fan without question or charge and a smile on their face. I will be back for all my computer needs. Pros: Service and results Cons: none experienced more

These people represent American Capitalism at it's best! At first, it was just a couple of guys w/computer knowledge - don't know the specifics, but w/what I've seen & heard, from those who answer the phone, they've grown the business & are making it work because of who they are & how they treat their customers - sometimes I wish that not so many people knew how good they are because it takes me longer to get my computer back when it needs their ""fixing""! This is NOT truly a complaint though - they are good @ what they do & good to the people that come to them needing help, & all @ reasonable price(s), w/everything explained in a manner that 'computer illiterate' people like me can understand. I'm glad they are here in Gresham 'cause of all I said so far, plus I will NEVER have to deal w/The Geek Squad from Best Buy again - they are absolutely THE WORST! I wanted to know more about net books. All the big vendors sell them. But I wanted to help local vendors in my area.Let's keep some of are money here in our community. Where it belongs. And if there is a problem I can talk to someone that has vested interest in customer satisfaction. I found the computer I wanted at a very good price. And all the information I needed. Everyone there is really good at what they do.They will take the time to help you. Not just push at product at you. Highly recommended. Pros: Good prices,great repair,friendly,helpful. I've had a great experience the last four times I have been in to East Wind. They are knowledggeable, honest, and have helped me with all of my problems, even when i didnt want to hear them. \r \r Patti was extremely helpful when my hp laptop, which i did not buy from them went down. \r Eastwind computers kept my computer up and running through the thick and the thin .I LOVE them. They have really good prices. The least they charge is 30 dollars for working on the compute. They gave me avg anti virus software and it works great. I’ve been going to eastwind ever scene they have been in around. It’s the first place I call when there’s a problem with my computer. They have a 2 or 3 day turn-around so you get your computer fast, sometimes they go a bit longer than that . I had a laptop brought in to them they tried to fix it but they couldn’t so they sent it to there laptop specialist jenny. I still paid a lower price then any other place around, I still got it back before the week was over.This is why I love eastwind computers. I give them 5 stars. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

Took my computer in to have it devirused. Computer was in the shop for 2 days. Was told that my hard drive was failing and advised to replace it. Replaced hard drive and when I picked up computer and got it home first thing that came up on screen was trojan horse. Called and spoke to gentleman who said just send it to the virus vault. Have had nothing but problems since then computer moves slower than a turtle. Must say that for $215 I feel I was ripped off. Do not recommend using this company for computer viruses. After 5 years using East Wind Computers as a source for purchasing hardware, software, system diagnostics, data recovery, hardware repair for two laptops and a desk top computer, I would rate their knowledge, customer service 5 1/2 stars. Recently, my computer failed with crucial work and financial data on-board. East Wind not only built a replacement custom computer in less than one day, but added some extras without charge, including a case lighting kit. That is what bumps it up an extra 1/2 star!! I highly recommend East Wind Computers to anyone looking for personal, knowledgable service at a reasonable price! more

My Dell desktop crashed after 6 years so it was time for a new one. After some research, I decided to go to East Wind Computers to find out my options. Roger first checked to see how I use a computer and then made recommendations as to what would best suit me. He took me into the back room to show me what my new computer would look like and what would be in it. After I made my decision to have him build me a new one, I had it within a day! Virtually everything that I had on my old computer was moved, flawlessly, to the new computer. A good price, great customer service and speed. It doesn't get any better. more
