I was totally impressed with the guys in the service department, along with the on hand stock of parts for my SV650. I was passing through San Fran when I had to get some emergency work done to my bike, luckily I found East Bay! They were open on a Monday (bonus!), had my part in stock and Joe Souza in service was very helpful in accommodating my repair quickly. Like I said, totally impressed. Thanks East Bay! more

MY HUSBAND AND I BROUGHT OUR 2 JET SKIS IN FOR SOME REPAIR AND FOUND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT VERY FRIENDY AND ABOVE AVERAGE IN SERVICE . JASON AND DARYL WERE ABOVE AND BEHOND HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL OF THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR SERVICE..WE COULD NOT HAVE MORE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE AND LEFT THERE FEELING LIKE WE HAD MADE TWO NEW FRIENDS WITH JASON AND DARYL. I bought my bike on Saturday. Before we went in though, I had done a good deal of resaerch on the bike I wanted so I could speak from a position of strength. I think you have to do this when ever you make a major purchase. It made the process much smoother for sure. I called and scheduled an appointment to come in and take a test drive. This also helped alot I think. Pros: Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great inventory and gear Cons: None yet; We'll know more come service time. more

Brought the motorcycle in for tune up and carbuerator clean. They called me saying cycle ready for pick up. Lousy repair service and disorganized service department. When I arrived, they said they were not finished and did not complete the service. I did not get the motorcycle back for another day. Obviously my time away from my job is not as important as theirs. Before I had it serviced, they had recommended additional service to ensure it ran correctly, which I had done, but motorcycle still not running correctly and is backfiring. I moved to Sac the week after service provided, so I do not have time or energy to bring back to get the job done right the second time, and in addition to that, I will have to pay someone else to get it working properly. Upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable salesmen. They have an incredible inventory. Better than any other shop out there. The finance department gave me an awesome deal on financing my bike! Definitely the place to go if your looking to add a little fun to your life! more
