Picked up my van about two weeks ago. Drives great and no problems! It was done in a timely fashion and the communication was good as well. Clean shop! Would use again!

Worst

This is by far the worst experience I ever had when fixing my truck transmission. They charge me 1400 and did not do anything but make the situation worst. If you value your mone...

I come here for my car service and they do a good job. No problems really. They get kind of busy sometimes but they get to you quick. more

They Even Picked Me Up 1/6/2012

I went to Eagle Transmission to get my transmission fixed because it was messed up. They were pretty fast and their service was good. They even picked me up at the train station. more

Excellent Service 7/16/2011

When our van's transmission was going out my husband went to eagle in mesquite he read the reviews and decided to go there and have it checked for free. The transmission problem was getting worse and even though it was somewhat driveable we thought we needed a week or so to decide to fix it or get another van. The manager checked in with us a couple days later we were so impressed we did make our decision to have the van repaired here. We live in Mckinney so it is pretty far but the drive was more than worth the service and value we received. My husband was given a ride to the rental car company and they got a great rate at 30 dollars a day, within 24 hours he was called the van was finished. I we can say is thank you for the service! more

I used them after reading all the positive reviews. I drive a Jaguar & was having trouble shifting into Drive position. I just knew it was going to cost a fortune to repair. I dropped my car off & within a couple of hours Joanna called to tell me a bolt was loose. They were able to tighten the bolt & the car worked fine. They told me there was NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe it! You don't hear that too often. They could have really taken advantage of me and charged hundreds. I really appreciate their Honesty & Integrity. I will recommend Eagle in Mesquite to anyone in need of an Honest Transmission repair shop! more

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL! 5/2/2011

EXCELLENT!!! I brought my car to this Eagle Transmission. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the employees and the price was fair and right at the estimate I was given. I was surprised how busy this shop is, they can take in a vehicle and get you back on the road within a couple days. I was most impressed with the management there; they are friendly and sincere. Like a restaurant if there are no cars there is a reason, well I will say this is the busiest shop I have ever seen and the reason why is they do quality work at a fair price and have pride in what they do. I will tell my friends and family about this shop. I am back on the road and am enjoying my transmission with no problems. Thank you to everyone at Eagle you are the best! more

On Time and within my budget! 5/2/2011

Eagle Transmissions in Mesquite is the best shop I have ever done business with for any repair. My truck was repaired on budget and done in two days. The tow was free like they said and the initial diagnostic was also free. The problem was resolved and I am driving and very satisfied with the repair. I want to thank everyone at Eagle for a positive experience and I will tell my family and friends. Thanks again for your hard work and being on budget and on time. more

Highly Impressed! 5/2/2011

By far hands down the most knowledgeable transmissio repair shop I have ever been to. My daughter broke down from wa state and we found eagle in mesquite on a saturday night. They towed my daughter's car and made sure she was safely brought back to her hotel. On monday I was called by the manager and given a free diagnostic. The price was more than fair but the service was exceptional!!! Most times from out of state let alone 1500 miles away people will take advantage this was not the case the car was repaired at a good price and my daughter has since returrned to kent wa, our home and the car is running great. I am highly impressed! more

Customer Service is Great! 12/21/2010

When my truck broke down in the middle of the night on a Saturday I was surpirsed to call a shop where not only did someone answer the phone they actually worked at the shop, nice to talk with someone who knows what is going on, more so late at night. The tow company picked me up from the side of the road within an hour. They checked my vehicle for no charge and gave me an estimate based on the free estimate. I agreed to the repair the price was fair and the people are honest and courteous. It has been about two months since the repair and I can say I am more than satified with the repair and the way the truck runs. It actaully runs better than when I originally purchased it. I am very glad that I was able to find Eagle in Mesquite in the middle of the night. I want to thank everyone at Eagle for being upfront and honest about the charges and the repair that was needed. GREAT! 12/1/2010

I had a great experience at the eagle in mesquite, I was traveling for work when my car stopped shifting so I had to have them tow it in.. They gave me a free diagnostic and found out I needed to rebuild my transmission. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was only without my car for 2 days and it is running great. more

BEST SHOP IN TEXAS! 10/24/2010

Eagle Transmission here in Mesquite repaired my honda accord for two thousand less than the dealer. My car is runnning perfect and all I can say is wonderful! It is a rare find to have so much professionalism and knowledge in one place. The manager woman which actually made me more comfortable because women do not take advantage of you. This company has the best manager woman, who stays on top of the repair and keeps you informed throughout the repair. When you need any repair this is the place to come to. With all the stress that life gives us on a daily basis it is great to know I can always call Eagle and get the facts, they checked my car for free and I was under no pressure to have the repair done. What I like the most is being appreciated for being a customer not only after I spend money but even before I spent my money. I received good value for my repair dollars at Eagle in my hometown of Mesquite! Thanks to everyone at Eagle in Mesquite for fixing my car on time and on budget! more
