Picked up my van about two weeks ago. Drives great and no problems! It was done in a timely fashion and the communication was good as well. Clean shop! Would use again!

Worst

This is by far the worst experience I ever had when fixing my truck transmission. They charge me 1400 and did not do anything but make the situation worst. If you value your mone...

Did a great job helping me with cleaning codes on my car. Very nice, polite, and had great customer service skills when dealing with a customer. If I need any transmission work to be done, I will come back. more

Really, they are THAT good! We've been going to them for over 5 years and ALWAYS leave feeling so grateful to have them on our side. They are honest, don't upsell, treat you like a real person with a brain, and are timely in updating you with what is up with your car and consult with you on how you want to proceed. PERFECT! They are really popular so you need to make an appt as soon as you know you need to go in- totally worth it! more

We brought in a high-mileage car for routine maintenance, and the folks at Eagle were very honest about which services needed to be taken care of versus ones that could be put off for a bit -- a completely different experience than with the likes of the super chains, who always seem to "find" extra things that need servicing. And their services are very fairly priced. more

They are always honest, nice, reliable, and reasonably priced with a quick turnaround. They do their best to accommodate you, even when they are at their busiest. Whenever I need to take my car in, with Eagle, it feels like I am taking it to a family friend. more

A good mechanic is one of those recommendations that you look for your whole life. It's like seeing a unicorn or a dog walk on its hind legs. Here's why I love the crew at Eagle Transmission...They triage the problems with your car: they sort issues into easy-to-understand concepts like, "This is a big problem with your car and it needs to get fixed right now", "This is an issue with your car that needs to be fixed in the next few months but isn't urgent," and "I'm not sure why the dealership told you that, because that's not even the problem." -They are fast, reliable, and do quality work. The cost is totally reasonable. A family friend in another state owns a garage, so I always confirm the cost of all repairs, and FAC's estimates always come in at or below the "fair price" range. more
