I appreciate how they managed my expectations. Originally, they told me the work would take 3 hours. When I arrived, they were quick to inform me that it would, in fact, take about 5 hours. That was fine because they were upfront at the beginning, and their honesty helped me manage my time that day. Eric is very nice to work with and responds immediately to my calls. more

I love Dublin Toyota. It's my Saturday morning stop. The staff are all super friendly and they ALWAYS give you great deals. Your shuttle is fast and efficient. I know that I'll be taken care of every time I pull my car up!! more

Moe is awesome! Really dedicated to customer service. I brought my car in to have a 90k mile service and it was a bitter pill to swallow since it cost me over $1000! He knew I was having a hard time accepting the price and did so much to make the experience a good one. more

My experience has been excellent. I was taken care of by Mo and he went above and beyond to make my issues resolved. I used to go to Walnut Creek Toyota for everything because the service in Dublin was lacking, but that has changed. I make a point to have my vehicles taken care of at Dublin Toyota. more
