The courtesy and service that I receive are excellent, which makes me a very confident customer! The safety of my life depends on how safe my car is, therefore, whatever performance is done, I thank the Lord God for giving me peace of mind. Dave deserves God's Blessing! I make a point to have my vehicles taken care of at Dublin Toyota 4/12/2011

My experience has been excellent. I was taken care of by Mo and he went above and beyond to make my issues resolved. I used to go to Walnut Creek Toyota for everything because the service in Dublin was lacking, but that has changed. I make a point to have my vehicles taken care of at Dublin Toyota. more

Moe is awesome! Really dedicated to customer service. I brought my car in to have a 90k mile service and it was a bitter pill to swallow since it cost me over $1000! He knew I was having a hard time accepting the price and did so much to make the experience a good one. more

Very proactive service 2/10/2011

Aaron went out of his way to find a way to get a part earlier than originally estimated. After tracking down the part at onther dealer, he had another employee who lived nearby pick it up the next day on her way to work so I got the vehicle back days earlier than I otherwise would have. Very proactive service. Thanks! more
