I needed a smog check. After a lot of work and parts Bart's crew got it to Pass.

Right or worng .I left with a sense that the primary motivation was an immediate transaction rather than really developing a relationship

Dublin Autoworks very quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle after my fuel pump failed and my car had to be towed to their establishment, after hours. Bart called me immediately the following morning and even though I had no appointment, the repair was completed by the end of the day and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks to their efficiency and professionalism I had my car back before the holiday weekend and didn't even need to take any time off work to deal with the issue. I will definitely use Dublin Autoworks again! Thank you so much!! more

Cleanest & Family Friendly Auto Shop in Dublin 12/30/2011

I visited Dublin auto works yesterday for Oil changes. This place is very clean and kids friendly. The service was was very good. The price was little bit high for oil change. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. more

Replace headlamp assemblies, one for faded lens , one broken. 12/17/2011

The work included reg. service and other part replacement. the work was done in one day as promised and I'm driving safely at night again. Word of caution. If your car has a bumper that scrapes curbs when you park. Be careful and stay back. more

Times have changed and I realize corners must be cut but I think customer service is important. A good cleaning inside and windows are an important part of customer service. Needing to use windshield washers after leaving your facility was a little much. more

$80 oil change...need say more 10/31/2011

I will change my own oil before I pay $80 for someone to remove a screw, un-screw a filter-screw one back on and pour 5 quartz of oil in my engine. more
