Drop In & Play Valley Mall

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The ball pit reeked of feces (to put it in nice terms) and there is visible dirt on the toys. I agree that the price is nice but unless you want your kid playing with filthy things (again, to put it nice terms) then stay away from here. I don't know if the same people own the Northtown location but if they do, they should be both shut down as both locations are unsanitary. Lastly, if this place was cleaned up I would have no problem returning but for the foreseeable future we will avoid all Drop In & Play locations. more

We have tried this place just yesterday. The person that watched the kids was doing something by her own, she didn't watch the kids, and older boys were grabbing and hitting each-other, getting into a real fight, so that my husband had to interfere. Our toddler is 2, and he is very kind and gentle boy, he could really be hurt if he got in the middle of this. Definitely NOT the place for small children (I mean children under the age of 6). Their play area totally grossed me out ? everything is dirty, toys are broken, one and only little plastic slide for toddles is cracked, so that little behinds can be caught and pinched in it. So if you really want to save your children from the ?kid's hell? (that's what my husband called this place after we left), don't leave them there! more
