i had brought my call of duty 4 in for the xbox 360 to get it refined and the guy had told me on the phone its very reliable to get most of the sh*t out cause it had a perfect circle well the disk ended up snapping as soon as it got in the refiner i didn't get a refund or anything they told me what had happend and said next! i was like wow ur fuc**ng cool ..... : / more

Great Service, Friendly Clerks 2/14/2008

I am a longtime customer and they have been very helpful in finding movies, and knowledgeable about recommending movies. Good experience with service - once they forgot to take off the security lock, and they were apologetic, I got the movie for free plus another one! Great folks, I really recommend this store. Pros: knowledgeable, friendly Cons: more expensive than the machine at Prioce Chopper more

Terrible customer service 9/18/2006

I returned a movie directly to one of their clerks, only to get a call a week later saying the movie was missing. They contacted me three different times about this movie, each time rude and not helpful. The last time they contacted me, I was rude to them, so now I am fully expecting to pay for this movie. My patience was no match for them. Cons: Poor customer service more
