OMG Fantastic place, I?m just returning from my honeymoon and I am still floating in the Dreams that Mrs. Quanetta created for me. I had to come back to review her. Her service to me was outstanding. This lady knows her stuff and I wondered in my mind after meeting her for the first time, if all she had shared and told me was true. One thing I really agree with some of the reviews is that she is an awesome at selling herself to you. Main reason is she knows it in and out and if you would take heed you will come to experience what I did, exceptional service, with no complaints. Where I disagree is she is one of the most professional people I have meet during the planning of my wedding. Mrs. Quanetta was very upfront and honest with me from the very beginning with me about obviously negative reviews, she made no bad remarks for why or how other people have wrote these things about her. She said to me if I felt good after meeting her and talking it over with my fianc? she would be honored to help to make my wedding a dream day. She did that and more. She was so on point with everything. Her staff was excellent well dressed and timely. She helped me to bring out my vision and made it possible to see my dream. I truly thank you, Mrs. Quanetta . I am so happy and have such wonderful memories. You made it happen for me. I wish I could tell the world of brides to go to her. I believe that the reason people write bad things about others is because they are not happy with themselves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DREAMS FOR HER PLANNING AND WEDDING GOWN STORE. more

The terrible accusations of Quenetta Lewis are TRUE. The proprietor is pushy, has an unmistakable air of arrogance around her and will say whatever needs to be said to sell and get on to the next customer. I was there multiple times to pick up my dresses and/or have them adjusted. Several times I called or went to the store, the dresses were not ready (AND she made it sound as if it were my fault), but was told they would be ready next time . . . they either had yet to be tailored or they had not yet been cleaned. Finally, when I was out of time before my event, the owner offered to bring the dress to me when I was told they were complete, foregoing a final fitting (AND I had to meet her in a parking lot part way, she could not drive the extra 10 miles to bring the dresses to my home). Even then it was three hours after the time promised. The work on one of the dresses was less than tolerable . . . one of them had been tailored to the wrong measurements and the other was hemmed too short. I bought a pair of shoes there and told the owner that they were a little too big, but since they were a perfect match for my dress I took them and told her that I would bring them back if I found something that fit better. She gave me a ?mm hmm?, possibly just to get me out the door without telling me of their rule of not accepting returns. I found something else, took the shoes back without ever wearing them, not even a scuff on the bottom, and she refused to take them back or even trade for another pair in the store. . . just another example of her bad attitude and arrogance.
