Whenever I am ready for a change but don't know what I want, Colleen magically knows what to do. Go to Dramatics!! more

Great salon! 2/3/2012

I started going to Dramatics a couple of years ago, and I continue to make the drive from Cleveland Hts to Lakewood to see Colleen. She is always gracious and welcoming (even though I am perpetually late). She has a great sense of humor and I always leave happy with the cut and highlights! more

Dramatics Hair Salon - Never a dull moment 1/25/2012

Whenever I don't know what to do with my hair, I sit in Colleen's chair and let her take over. She always picks the right color (or 2) for my high-lights. I have been complimented many times on my hair style. I was even complimented by a hair stylist in the building I work in, twice!! Colleen has a great personality, she is good for a crazy story and a funny joke too! more

Dramatics Hair Salon 1/25/2012

Dramatics is a wonderful place that meets all your needs!! I had my hair high-lighted, cut, and eyebrows waxed recently and left feeling like a new woman. Was not sure what I wanted but Colleen always knows what works best, Im always happy with her advice, I went in that day hoping to look better and I not only looked great but I felt great too!!! There are not many places you go and people try so hard to make you feel so comfortable, and they always have latest magazines. Trendy place with a great location, I will be back soon!!! more

I've been a customer for years!!!! 1/24/2012

I went to dramatics for a new look several years ago. Colleen was my stylist at the time and I haven't went anywhere else since!! I will travel 45 minutes just to make sure I go there and have her do my hair. I definitely feel like whole new person when I come out of the salon. Colleen is so sweet and you can easily relate to her. If I'm ever stumped about what to do she can help me come up with colors or even styles that I haven't tried or that I liked before. I'll probably keep going there for a long time. This is definitely a place others should check out. more

Fantastic- a true gift to the salon industry 1/24/2012

I have been going to Dramatics, and Colleen in particular for years. She, as well as the rest of the staff, are always super courteous and knowledgeable. It is refreshing to be around someone that knows their craft so well. I can't wait to start taking my 3 year old daughter to Colleen to let her work her magic on my little one as well. Could not possibly give the salon a higher recommendation. Run, don't walk, to the phone to schedule ann appointment as soon as possible! more

BEST AFFORDABLE SALON!! 1/24/2012

I called Dramatics looking for a new stylist for my highlights and color. I was given an appointment with Susan and she is amazing!! The first time I seen her, she was able to fix the horrible highlights my old salon did AND it was half the price of what I use to pay. I just seen her this past weekend and she gave me a whole new look!!! She is consistent and extremely friendly. I will never go to another stylist :) more

a girl that knows how to cut & color 2/3/2010

what ever you do you must ask for susan.was looking for new stylist,was there saw she was busy so i booked an avaliable appointment with her the next day.she colored my hair the same color i had when i was in college. trust me i rebook every 2 months Pros: over 20yrs experience Cons: bathroom needs updated more
