Had Drains and More dispatched to our house because they were a contractor for American Home Sheild (AHS). First time they were sent we were pleased because work was done by Dale. Thought great, we have found a plumber we can trust. Recently we had another issue and requested AHS send them out. Drains & More sent out a technician and our experience was horrendous. The stem in one of our shower handles had broken during normal use. The technician came to the house, told my wife he would be waiting in his truck and to wait for a call from AHS. We received a call from AHS who stated the issue was not covered due to the technician stating it was "abuse and not normal wear & tear". My wife was floored and called the office. Recieved the " we are sticking by our technician" from the office staff so my wife asked to speak to Dale. He called her a few minutes later from his cell phone and was totally rude. He screamed at her and told her he didn't need to hear her whinning because she had already wasted enough of his staff's time. He stated we had abused the plumbing and hung up. We ended up calling Moen directly to ask about the issue. Were told by Moen that this happens from time to time and is normal wear and tear. They explained the part was a brass rod and sometimes faults could develop and cause breakage. They shipped us free parts to replace the cartridge, stem, and even the handle. However, due to Drains and Mores claim of damage, AHS refused to pay the labor for installation of the replacement parts. Found out that just because one individual at a plumbing company is licensed they can pass of all employees as "licensed". Learned our lesson and saw Drains and Mores REAL customer service.
