Dr Kelly Ahmed MD

I've been a petient of Dr.Kelly's for years and she been nothing but awesome to my family and I. In face, reading those negative reviews on here was a huge surprise to me. I thought maybe they've mistaken the doctor with some other one. My son had some terrible health issues a couple of years ago. Today after following her instructions and taking the medication she perscribed him he seems like a different person. As if he was never sick before. I thank god for his excellent recovery and I'm so greatful that she is our family doctor. more

I have been going to Dr Kelly Ahmed in Victorville for 7 years now.I enjoy this doctor because she takes the time I need,she will not rush me through my visit.She is always coming into my room with a smile and very respectful of my condition. more

The office staff in Dr Kelly's office is unprofessional, inefficient, uncaring and rude. They seem to have a lack of urgency when it comes to certain situations, which in turn, causes delay in patient medical treatment. If this is any reflection on the medical care that is given to the patients, I cannot recommend this office. We are a neurosurgeon's office and with over 30 years in the field of medicine, I have never experienced this type of behavior among staff and the lack of willingness to take care of their patients. In order to write this review, I had to give it one star. I would have preferred zero stars. more

This was the doctor my insurance chose as my primary care. First it took me 2 months just to get an appointment, then when I went in for an 11:00 appointment I wasen't even called back till 12:30. Then she never asked about my medical history and when I tried to talk to her about it she just seemed uninterested. I told her the meds I have been on for 3 years now and she ordered some labs. Then someone from her office called to give me my results and told me the doctor thought all my previous diagnosis were wrong and I didn't have those problems and didn't need those pills. Needless to say I am now feeling horrible, having all kinds of issues from not being on my medications. But I got a letter from my insurance saying they are no longer using her so I need to find another primary...thank goodness! Maybe I can find someone who will actually listen to me this time and not just brush me off as she did. more

My Grandmother was very ill, I would call and call to get her into the doctors. It came down to taking her to the ER to get faster help then trying to get through to the doctors office. Then when we finally would be able to get through to the office, it was a switchboard answering service that only took messages that they would fax to the office. Oh and to top it off, if you got in touch with the office they could schedule you an appointment a MONTH LATER... needless to say, my grandmother passed away with something this doctor never diagnosed @@ more
