I am very unhappy with this Doctor's Office. I used to go here before I moved out of State for a couple years. My Doctor was Larry Wilson. He was very nice and helpful. Upon moving back to Md, and getting a new Job, I called to setup an appointment (I take Zoloft for anxiety.) And was displeased to find out Dr. Wilson no longer worked there. So they set me up with Nurse Practitioner Caroline Simms. She was ok, not real sympathetic and seemed to doubt my anxiety issues. That was 9 months ago. After I Got laid off from my job, and am just now getting back on my feet with a new job and still waiting for my insurance to kick in. They stopped refilling my prescriptions and keep demanding I go in for a visit. I keep having to explain to them im not going for a follow up UNTIL I get my new insuarance. I'm not paying $200 so they can spend 5 minutes with me and give me a refill. The Staff is very rude and unsympathetic when I call. They said they could transfer me to and work a payment out with billing. Ok people you are missing the point!!! Zoloft is a tough medication to come off of, and withdrawal symptoms are horrendous after only a couple days. I will be changing Doctors.
