I'm employed full time and a full time student with very limited time and income after calling around a few places I decided to go with John at this company. he gave me the best price and was able to show up and start the very next day. He arrived on time, started work immediately and when the parts that he needed were going to be delayed from the manufacturer he managed to make a quick business decision and take care of the situation and we ended up with a win, win situation. He also conducted a full inspection of the system and provided me with a warranty. I would definitely recommend this company. more

Called to have the springs repaired on my garage door - the technician arrived exactly when he said he would. Got the best price out of numerous calls I made for the repair (along with a written warranty). He went through everything and made all necessary adjustments; lubed everything and even replaced a burned out light bulb at no extra charge! Couldn't have asked for more prompt and thorough service! This garage door repair company will not let you down. 3 years ago my girlfriend was in need of new garage doors. After researching we decided to give this garage door company our business. Steven came out and quickly demonstrated he was exceptionally knowledgeable. His pricing was excellent and he did an A-1 job on the install. As I to was in the market for garage doors and openers I had Caley come out and give me an estimate. Being the crazy research nut when I purchase anything I found a company in New England that was producing a new type of door that seemed interesting. I told Steven about this and he took the initiative to call the owner of this company and find out more. At the end of the day I didn't go with this new product, but was impressed that Caley took the time to find out more. To end my story I opted not to get new doors at that time, but last year I had Caley rebuild my existing doors and install two new openers. This was a challenging job due to an unfortunately placed cross beam in my garage. Steven was able to work around this by choosing a Lift Master Screw Drive unit that he was able to modify to work in this situation. To end my story the openers both failed just after my one year warranty expired. Caley determined that his modifications were not 100% perfect and most likely contributed to the failure. As this was a unique installation it is quite understandable that things like this could go wrong. That being said, Caley fixed the doors at no cost to me and is doing all he can to make the job perfect.. I truly appreciate great customer service and commitment to doing things the right way. this garage door repair company and Steven are a class act. I highly recommend you give them your business, you will not be disappointed. more

Service Tech was onsite within an hour of placing the call. He installed an overhaul kit for our door and a new gear assembly. Repairs were completed within 2 hours. Mike was professional in his diagnosis and very helpful in explaining my option. Definitely would recommend this company. more

My boyfriend works for a construction business and he has always had his own men work on our house if we ever needed anything done. About a month ago, we decided to replace our garage and install a new garage door. So we called his men, but they did an awful job. I was devastated.
