All the things we asked to be checked & fixed were. They even fought for us with the warranty company to fix an issue that they felt was part of another issue & that we would be back for in only a matter of time if it was not fixed now. Fair & honest. more

Same day service 11/27/2013

After moving back to Athens from out of state, I needed to get a mounting bracket for the front of my Fusion for my Ohio license plate. Dow Wood Ford had the parts in stock, scheduled the installation for me that day, and did a great job! I look forward to bringing my Fusion there regularly for service. more

They know me and my car 11/20/2013

The people at Don Wood Ford Service know me and my car. When i call for an appointment they know who I am. They tell me up front what to expect. They also provide a ride to work and back when I have a major service (30K) that will take several hours. more
