Recently had to buy a new transmission and they where quick, clean, courteous. Works great. Then had a wreck in wife's car, and they checked out and gave us a report on vehicle we where purchasing. more

Honest, Thorough, and Friendly 12/13/2013

East Ridge Transmission gave me honest answers regarding what was wrong with my car. They provided great customer service throughout the entire experience. They even called me a couple of days after the service was completed to check on my satisfaction with the work that was done. I would highly recommend this business! more

Speedy, Quality Service 12/12/2013

My sons car broke down while he was in Chatty to pick up his girlfriend from UTC. Not being from the area, its always a crap shot on finding a good shop. The tow truck driver took us to East Ridge, and I felt good about them from the first call. They were attentive and detailed when they called, and they had the car turned around, and running better than before it broke down, in 24 hours. more
