I appreciate the other reviews that have been posted and after going to DogTown for the last 8 years, today was the last time I will use their services.
While booking the most recent boarding stay of 9 nights (this would normally be $288). A system error calculated the cost to be $224 (normally be 7 nights at $32 a night). I used an existing credit and an additional payment to pre-pay the $224. When I picked up my dog the invoice was updated to $288, this was $62 more than what I had originally been quoted. I understand that the charge should have been for 9 days, but when DogTown was not willing to honor the original amount, it was ultimately disappointing.
