Doctor's Hospice provides care to individuals with any end-stage diagnosis with a limited life expectancy. We provide a team approach to personal care-directed by a physician and cooridinated by a skilled nurse. The team includes a skilled hopsice nurse,certified nurse aid (CNA), social worker and chaplain. In addition to the medical and personal care of the patient, we also provide training to caregivers, and counseling services with a compassionate attitude Hospices services include trained hospice nurse visits, home health aide visits, volunteer services, social services and pastoral care. Medicare Part A and Medicaid cover hospice benefits 100. Tricare and Veterans Administration Benefits. Hospice Benefits cover all in home visits, home health aide visits, durable medical equipment for the home, personal care items, and medications for the hospice-specific diagnosis.
