Excellent Salon! 5/20/2009

Diva has been my Salon of choice for years! Always the most courteous service, excellent staff and relaxing atmosphere. My stylist David is always accomodating and is a real pro with the scissors and blow-dryer! I am always amazed with the results! Pros: Consistent Training of Staff in the latest styles & trends! Cons: Expensive but you get what you pay for! more

Consistently Satisfied! 7/2/2008

I have been going to Diva for years and have always loved the friendly and professional atmosphere. The staff is always very pleasant and my stylist has always been extremely accommodating. Recently I decided to try a new hair cut that I was fairly nervous about. My stylist sat down with me and talked it out. She assured me that my satisfaction with the cut was her priority. My hair turned out great and the staff was really encouraging. I highly recommend this salon. They are consistently courteous and professional. Pros: friendly and professional staff more

My experience 5/18/2008

I'm new to the area and was in desperate need for a new stylist. I called area salons for a last minute appointment and Diva was able to accomdate my needs as well as my price range. I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff and my stylist consulted with me about what I liked and didn't like prior to starting my hair. I walked out feeling refreshed and relieved because I have found a salon in my new home. Thank you to the Diva staff and I look forward to my next visit. Pros: Extremely Friendly Staff more

PROM DISASTER!! 5/17/2008

Our daughter was seen 1hr 10min AFTER her sched. apt. Mgr/owner assured us she would look beautiful for prom. With photos, the stylist indicated that the style could not be done(unexpierenced stylist!) and suggested an alternate style(which we could have done!). Our daughter agreed and indicated what she DID NOT want. Needless to say she CRIED all the way home! The salon offered to ""redo"" her hair. more

Prom 5/11/2008

On April 11th I went to Diva Salon to have my hair done for my junior prom. I came in with pictures of what I wanted but wasn't exactly sure. I get really nervous with proms because my sister has had bad experiences at other salons in the past. The girl who did my updo was amazing! She talked with me about what I wanted and listened to all my concerns and even told me how to make sure it wouldn't friz since it was a rainy day. I live about 30 minutes from Sudbury but I will definitely be going back for my senior prom next year. Love Them! Pros: Everyone was very friendly more

Diva Salon - Best hairstylists/facials anywhere!!! 2/25/2008

I recently went to Diva Salon for a facial - I have had facials in the past but this was amazing...I absolutely loved it! I decided to go back for a haircut and color. The service was amazing ... from the front desk to the shampooers to the stylist! I also brought my 13 year old daughter - she loves her haircut and her classmates loved it too. love my hair 2/21/2008

This salon is great.from the minute u walk in the door the front desk makes sure you are taken care of right away.Ive have been there several times now and absolutely love the stylist that i have seen,made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what i wanted.I absloutely love my color and highlights!! the atmosphere is very relaxed,not at all stuck up like other salons ive been to in the past and they truly have a great team.I do have to say goin in there just for a shampoo is not a bad idea either,i got the best shampoo and scalp massage from one of the assistants it was unbeliveable!!!!! I highly recomend this salon ive had nothing but good experiences there. Pros: great staff.products and services Cons: nothing more

poor salon 5/17/2007

Poor service, high prices. No value, I might as well have gone to a training school for stylist and had a beginner cut/color my hair for $10. At least then I can blame myself. Cons: quality and service more
