I chose to do business this last January with Discount Tire because of their handling of Yokohama Tires. My auto had vibration in the front end after installation of 4 new Yokohama tires by Discount Tires. Upon taking said auto to my trusted mechanic, it was found that ALL FOUR tires were improperly balanced. I must give this Discount Tire location a commendation on Outstanding Customer Service and customer courtesy at its best. I brought my vehicle in to mount tires I had purchased from their on line website Discount Tire Direct.com. I made an appointment for this location the night before via their website and received excellent service with no hassle whatsoever. I was given a Lifetime Balance and Rotation for every 6000 miles for the life of the tires for 19.99 a tire which included the labor for mounting the tires, too. What struck me the right way the most was that I apparently forgot my wheel lock key, I went home to get it and when I got back I was immediately greeted by the technician who went to work on my car right away without waiting in the long line. I was impressed that despite the wheel lock mishap by my own shortcomings I didn't lose my place in line of getting my vehicle serviced on time and getting a job well done too.\r I would recommend this tire shop to anyone that more
