Wasn't Expecting That 6/13/2011

My sister has been a patient at Diplomat for about 3 years. I had an issue that I needed taken care, and the staff addressed my complaint very quickly and resolved the problem very fast and to my standards. What an improvement in the last 3 years!!! I feel good about leaving my sister in their care, I feel I can trust any troubles she or I may have to be fixed timely. Isn't that what we all want? Thanks- Nick more

Best decision I ever made for my wife.... 5/12/2011

Its never an easy to have to place your spouse in a nursing facility, away from the comforts of home, but I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The staff were kind and compassionate, they were attentive to not only my wife's needs, but took the time to answer any and every question I had. They welcomed my wife and make sure she is comfortable each and everyday. more

Disrepectful Establishment 2/26/2011

Diplomat Healthcare is a horrible place. The staff are very disrespectful. I have heard them swearing to the residents and about the residents to one another. The things they say are horrible and nobody who chose to work in healthcare should ever say or do the things they do. I heard one nurse call a resident Fing ""crazy"". That is not appropriate. This place is also very dirty and has a unusual smell to it. I can't believe i would ever hear such disrepectful things coming out of people in healthcare. more
