Dions is, without a doubt, the finest salon in the Nashville area. I have visited several of the nicer salons in Nashville and Dions is the nicest, friendliest one around. The staff is courteous and are well trained. Richard Dion's haircuts are without compare (folks still come in from L.A. to get one of his signature haircuts). What can I say? The man is gifted with a pair of scissors. The girls who work the front desk are very helpful and will bend over backwards to help you out. In my opion, anyone will love Dion's South and will look like a new person when they leave! IT IS THE BEST AROUND! Pros: great staff, owner on site, friendly atmosphere more

Great Experience 100% of the time 11/13/2005

I am a regular customer at Dion's South, and cannot say enough good things about what they do there. The atmosphere is incredible! The decoration, location in the heart of downtown Franklin, and the warm smiles I get from everyone there make it a pleasant experience I look forward to every month. My stylist is Erica, and she has always been full of warmth and personality each time I come in. Plus, she is great at what she does! I love this great little salon, and will be a regular as long as I live within an hour of the place. Thanks Dion's South!!! Pros: Personality, Atmosphere, Convenience more

Upscale salon with a focus on the client! 9/23/2005

I visited this salon for the first time when I moved here from Atlanta 13 years ago, and immediately fell in love with the wonderful service. The atmosphere at Dion's is what you'd expect to find in an upscale salon in any major city. The stylists are skilled and the menu of services extensive. What sets Dion's apart is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the warmth of the salon itself. The focus at Dion's is clearly on the client, and I have found this to be consistent from my very first visit. more

Dion's is the best!!! 9/5/2005

Dion's is by far the best salon in this area. Richard, the owner, is an awesome Christian man who does so much in this community. Recently he held a makeover party for deserving mothers in his salon after hours- donating time, products, and more. All of the mothers were Mercy Children's Clinic moms who are making a difference everyday. They left renewed and looked great. Aside from all of that, he and his staff are incredible stylists. I get exactly what I want everytime, and am constantly amazed by their talents. The salon itself is set in Historic Downtown Franklin, right on Main Street, and is so posh everytime I go in there I feel like a queen. Try it out at least once, you won't regret it. more

Absolutely LOVE it! 11/28/2004

Long story short...I had been through the ringer with my hairdresser whom I had been going to ever since my family moved back to TN a few years ago. He did a great job, but was so NOT dependable. I took a chance and scheduled an appointment for something totally different at Dion's and have NEVER been disappointed. The girls out front are precious and Erica is THE BEST!!! I never feel out of place at Dion's like I have at some other salon's in Franklin. Dion's is GREAT! Pros: Friendly Staff, Convenient more

I just moved to the area and finding a new stylist can be so risky. I tried using Citysearch and I found a review on this salon. I used Leslie who someone had recommended previously and it was great! She did a wonderful job of color and the cut. I didn't have to go through a couple disasterous cuts before I found a good stylist! Pros: Nice Atmosphere, Leslie was great! more

Dion's Excellence 6/26/2002

Richard Dion runs an incredible salon. You can get anything done there- hair, nails, skin, massages, make-up, etc. I would recommend Leslie or Jude for hair, Rheonna Pavusa for nails, and Kevin Wade for massages. You will enjoy anything you have done. more
