When I went to Dick Hanna Honda in Vancouver, I wasn't sure what car model I wanted to buy, although I was leaning toward a Civic Hybrid. My salesperson, Scott Murray, was extremely patient with me, spending a number of hours test driving various vehicles and skipping lunch in the process! We even made a trip to Portland to test drive one model that they did not have in Vancouver. I ultimately decided on a new Accord. Scott very thoroughly reviewed the features that were available on the Accord, but did not pressure me to purchase more than I wanted. They did not have the color in stock that I wanted and went out of their way to obtain a vehicle in that color. Scott was also very thorough in reviewing the various financing options that were available. He has followed up with calls and an e-mail to make sure that everything is going well with my new Accord.
I really dislike the whole concept of car buying (""wheeling and dealing""), but Scott made the experience simple and pain free.
