I drove all the way from Hatch New Mexico because they told me on the phone I could buy a Camry for a certain price. When I got there they said they couldn't sell it to me at that price, but could for $4,500 more than what they told me on the telephone. I wasted an entire Saturday on these liars. more

This dealership is out of my way. However, there is another Toyota dealership close to my house but their customer service is horrible.I feel ignored and like I'm bothering their day. The service writers are rude and I will not go there even if you paid me. I will gladly go to Dick Poe Toyota for all my Camry needs and service any day!!! more

The service manager listened to me. I am a single woman, and he was not patronizing. He clearly explained all the work that needed to be done and reviewed every item on the bill so that I understood what had been done and the charges. I have already recommended the dealership to friends with Toyota's because of the excellent experience I had. more

Don't buy their 'certified' used cars! 10/2/2011

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Camry with 49,000 miles on it. I have owned the car for three \r months and I was informed by my mechanic that it needed a new front suspension which will cost $900.00 and the repair is not covered under the warranty. I contacted the salesman that sold me the car and he passed me off to the service manager who simply ignored me. I spoke with customer relations at Toyota and told me they couldn't do anything and to call the dealer I bought the car from. This is such a ripoff! more

Charged for recall work! 9/27/2011

I brought my 2006 Camry in for a recall issue only to be told that I would have to pay for part of the repair AFTER they were finished. Aren't they supposed to tell you before performing work that costs money? If it was only $20 I wouldn't have a problem, but this cost me almost $200 that I was not prepared to pay and put me in a serious bind. What a scam! more

4 hour oil change 9/24/2011

I had to wait a ridiculously long time, on a Saturday, for an oil change. I made an appointment on Friday for what was supposed to be a 30 minute oil change, and got there at 8:00 am Saturday morning. I didn't get my car back until 12:20 pm. more

useless extended warranty 9/20/2011

when i bought my truck they sold me an extended warranty that was supposed to cover major repairs after the factory warranty expired. now i find out that the warranty is basically useless and doesn't actually cover anything. the warranty is not from toyota like i was told when buying the truck. they also screwed me out of my tires on the extra mile program. why are they allowed to sell these so-called benefits if they have no intention of honoring their commitments? more

Not women friendly... 9/19/2011

I wish that dick poe toyota could be rated negative stars. I just had my oil changed and they treated me like I was a dumb girl, trying to charge me outrageous fees for simple things like cleaning my battery and servicing my fuel injectors. My camry is only a few months old and they told me when I bought it that it wouldn't need anything but oil changes until after 50,000 miles, now suddenly it needs hundreds of dollars worth of service at 2,380 miles? more

Terrible service 9/18/2011

I had a horrible service experience. We made an appointment for our 2005 Tacoma transmission service, waited for three hours then were informed that ""the equipment needed to service your transmission hasn't been invented yet"". If they don't have the proper equipment, why make the appointment and make me wait three hours for nothing? What a load of crap and waste of time. more

I was from out of town and me service light came on. I had tried to get my vehicle serviced at a Toyota in Phoenix, but they were not very accommodating. When I go to El Paso I called Dick Poe and was told to go right in without an appointment. I was taken care of immediately when I arrived and the gentleman I worked with was professional. Too bad Dick Poe is not in Austin. Thank You more

My service adviser was Miguel Martinez. He was very cordial and very efficient. I was treated with respect and appreciation. This is my usual treatment at Dick Poe. I am writing to thank you. I do know the difference between good customer service and bad customer service. a high-profile computer store in EP recently treated me with great disdain and contempt. It was distressful. I was truly shocked that my patronage was so taken for granted. Anyway, at Dick Poe, You seem to understand the value of letting your customers feel appreciated. I wish you continued success through the years! I also thank personally Mr. Robert Terrazas and Mr. Greg Dungy. They are super! Thanks again Dick Poe. more
