I totally agree with the other reviews. I met with her at her office, so don't know about the conditions at her home. She absolutely has her own agenda and doesn't want to hear what someone else has to say. I realize she is the attorney, and it is her job to tell people her opinion, but she also needs to HEAR what someone is telling her and listen to them BEFORE giving advise. She came across as very mercenary for HER benefit. I didn't work with her because she was such an unpleasant person to deal with. I want someone who is looking out for ME and MY interests, not theirs. Strident is probably the best word to describe her personality and professional style. more

I retained Diane Gruber for Bankruptcy Representation. She did not want to listen to any of my concerns and pushed hard towards a quick bankruptcy. I took my time, looked at all of my options and was able to settle with my creditors and Tax agents to avoid bankruptcy. I received many letters from Diane Gruber pushing the bankruptcy and giving me a deadline to complete. I notified her office that I was looking at other options, but bankruptcy was not off the table. I then offered to give her 500 out of the 900 paid (contract was for 500.00, she asked for more), asked for a refund of 400 and she replied with more

The attorney I met with was Diane Gruber. She was very unprofessional. Her web page misled us on the fees. A 15 minute consultaton costs $100.00 and all she did she entire time was have sign papers agreeing to pay her more money. She took all my paperwork and refused to give it back or file anything without $1600.00 when her web page stated it would be $800.00. She has 2 dogs in her house that fought under my chair and scratched me the entire time. One of them pooped in the room we were in, it was real bad. She was very crouse and demanding. She wouldn't answer any of my questions. Her web site has an address in downtown West Linn but she isn't there any more, she is out of her home. She was mad at me for being late for the appointment due to the address issue on her site. I would not use her or reccomend her to anyone. VERY VERY unprofessional. I am glad I found this out before I had to be infront of a judge with her. more
