I saw Dr. Cantieri some time ago and I don't know how the man is still practicing medicine. He is rude, abrupt, and does not care what you have to say. He is in a constant rush. He concludes his exam by walking out the door. Never says good-bye or anything. I only went to him twice. He didn't help my condition either. What a money grabbing piece of work. more

This doctor really needs to retire. He just could care less. I think he only does the minimum so you will have to come back. Its really all about the money there. Pros: You could get a appointment Cons: He does not care about his patients more

My husband and I both strongly agree that Dr. Cantieri is a great dermatologist. Yes, his bedside manner is something to be desired but you meet people like that everyday. The most important thing is that he helped my husband! After seeing multi other Dr.s that gave the wrong diagnosis, we saw Dr. Cantieri and he immediatly knew what the prob. was. Yes he was very fast we even kinda giggled about it, but he was RIGHT and FIXED the problem..... thats all that matters to us! Pros: He gets it right! Cons: Bedside manner more

Avoid this Doctor at all costs!!! As mentioned in the other review, Dr. Cantieri in my opinion should no longer practice. His behavior was so odd that I thought he was popping pills in the back room or something. His words were slurred, he was extremily agitated and definatley unfocused. Ultimately though, the reason that I feel Dr. Cantieri should no longer practice, is that he permanently scarred my leg. I had a very small wart on my leg and without even asking what I would like for him to do, he sprayed it down with liquid nitrogen. The area he sprayed, was 4 times the size of the wart. He had me come in and out of his office for a year and injected with all kinds of different things to make the scar look better. I think he knew he made a mistake. All of the extra injections, which were very expensive, caused the scar area to depress, now it is even bigger. Very sad about what happened obviously, so I want to make sure that he doesn't negatively effect anyone else. PLEASE DON'T GO!!!!! Cons: My leg is permenently scarred!!! more

There are so many very good dermatologist that care more about the patient than the money that I strongly recommend stearing clear of this doctor. He is after seeing as many patients in as short amount of time as possible. He demands that you schedule a follow-up appt. in just 4 weeks and then in the follow-up does nothing but collect his additional fee.
