I am VERY satisfied with my experience with Denville Transmission. They installed a rebuilt transmission with 1-year warranty. It now drives like a brand new vehicle. They even took some time to show me the old transmission and how it worked and why it failed, which I really appreciated. You guys are great and I wish you only continued success. Thank you for fixing my car !! more

I was allowed to make a payment by sending a check. I was very surprised because there are not too many businesses that trust the client like that. I sincerely hope that you can continue to operate in that way. more

Pleasantly Surprised 7/1/2011

I was surprised by the invoice- not in the way I am usually surprised when the bill looks like someone took the actual cost and multiplied it by 5 to get the final charges- but pleasantly surprised at the amount since I knew what it would take to replace the VSS on my Windstar, thanks to Ford's "fine engineering design." more

I must say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences dealing with an automobile repair shop that I have had in many years. I brought the car to you in the morning expecting to have it in your shop for days, which is typical for virtually all but the simplest of repairs/maintenance. Imagine my surprise when you called the same afternoon saying that it was ready for pick up. Thank you so much! more

I wanted to thank Denville Transmission for checking out my van on Tuesday. Though you didn't find anything, I know you spent some time on it and I wanted to pay you something for it. I appreciate your honesty, as not all mechanics are honest. It is nice to know that some folks still try to make an honest living.
