Dental Associates of Corona

I had the same HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...after 3 teeth were pulled, they left a hole in my Sinus Cavity where my sinus drain into my mouth. I called and called, and no return phone call until 2 weeks after surgery. They are all about the money. They made me pay cash, in full and the surgery was in April.....Yesterday I get a bill for a balance paid in full in cash. If you find a great, honest dentist, please post it for the world to see.... I have yet to find a dentist who isn't all about the money but actually care about the patient. I am in a service business...but I will give work away before I screw someone over~ more

My son needed A LOT of work to be done on his teeth, so the dentist suggested my son be completely sedated to allow them to do to all the work at once. They did not offer any other procedures, but the sedation. Since this whole ordeal with my son's teeth had already been going on for more than a month from one facility to another, I agreed. I booked my appointment, which wasn't for another 3 weeks ... due to the busy schedule of the anesthiologist who only comes to that facility once in a great blue moon. So the day comes for my son's appointment, and NO ONE is at the office ... NOT a single car in the parking lot, except our car. I call all the numbers given to me in the packet of papework and let them know how upset I was standing in the office parkling lot on the day of may appointment and no one is there. I finally receive a call back from the office manager and she tells me the office had been ""trying"" to call me for 2 weeks to cancel the appointment!! I expressed that I had never received any calls from the office, nor did I receive any messages. She was insistant that they had been calling the ""right"" phone number each time ... although they never once tried calling any of the other numbers listed in the gazillion papers they have you fill out on your first visit! The ONLY solution to fix what they messed up was to send my son to Fontana during the week, or else there wouldn't be any other openings for a month or so! I book the appointment for the sake of my son ... I get a call from the Fontana office the following day, and the only thing the office manager has to tell me is how much they will need me to pay for my son's procedures. She even gave me a different appointment time, from what the Corona office gave me. By this time, I'd had it with this office and their BS! I called another facility (Smile Care of Riverside) and they took care of ALL my son's needs without all the extra $$$ Dental Associates and the Fontana office wanted to collect. Dental Associates has a lot of people shuffling papers around, making it look like they know what they are doing ... but they couldn't even realize they'd been calling a wrong number for two weeks!! I hope no one has to go through what I went through with this facility. more
