Been here done this one on multiple occasions and different times of the day with multiple employees serving me. Overall a mixed bag here. Some servers(especially those in the daytime) are very attentive and friendly. Others around dinnertime are not as attentive and can be loud. Employees also do not deem to get along well with each other at night, including managers. Food tends to be cooked well but sometimes cooks forget side items that are supposed to come with the meals. I am also amazed by the number of smoking breaks I see all employees seem to be leaving on during the nighttime and they do this right outside the front entrance. This does not give customers a great impression.. I even saw a manager doing this one time. It is like they have chosen to have all of the top employees work days and the ones that need a lot of work at the night so all the night customers get screwed. I have been to this location on 7 occasions when I have been in town for business. 4 during the day, 3 during the night.
